PT SSI was established in 1991, fully local private owned company, and is one of the major player in East java steel manufacturing industries.
Initially built to fill the increasing demands of the bicycle rims, it is currently expanding to include high quality iron and steel manufactured goods such as Pig Iron (Ingot), Steel Strapping Band, Drawn Steel Wire, Motorcycle Rims, Automotive Parts, and Cast Iron Foundry Products.
To date, our "Pig Iron" division is the one with fastest growing rate, thus inquiring high valued-investment in steel scrap as its only raw material.
